Technical inspection data and generated reports may be retained for up to six months. This allows WebInspect to provide access to previous inspection results, support report history, and compare current inspection results with previous inspections where applicable.
After this period, technical inspection data and generated reports may be deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
Security, server, and diagnostic logs may be retained for an appropriate period where necessary for troubleshooting, security monitoring, abuse prevention, and incident investigation.
Transaction, accounting, and other business records may be retained for longer periods where required by applicable legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.
Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.
